Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to Lucid Fusion, Inc. (“Lucid Fusion”) and to Lucid Fusion’s clients for whom Lucid Fusion has developed applications (such applications and websites are individually and together herein called the “Sites”). This Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used and disclosed by Lucid Fusion as a result of your accessing the Sites.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. 
Lucid Fusion collects information from you in various ways when you access each of the Sites, including information that you provide directly and incidentally as a user of the Sites. Such information may include your name, street and email address, phone number, and other data from which you can be identified and contacted.

 Other information may also be collected when you visit any of the Sites through the automatic operation of your web browser which sends information to the Sites (as well as to every other website that you visit). Such automatically transmitted information typically includes your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language, the identity of the referring website, and information about your computer’s operating system, and your usage and activity on the Sites. Lucid Fusion uses this information, which does not identify you individually, to analyze trends, administer the Sites, track users’ movements around the Sites, and gather demographic information about the user-base as a whole.

Cookies. Lucid Fusion may automatically collect certain information through the use of “cookies.” Cookies are small data files that are stored on your hard drive by many websites. Among other things, the use of cookies helps Lucid Fusion to improve the Sites and enhance your user experience. Cookies are often used to determine which areas and features are most popular, to count the number of computers accessing the Sites, to personalize your experience, and to remember your preferences.

 The information that Lucid Fusion collects through cookies are also linked to any personally identifiable information obtained as a result of your use of the Sites. If your browser is set not to accept cookies or if you reject a cookie, you may not be able to access certain features or services of the Sites. Use of cookies by Lucid Fusion’s internet service providers is not covered by this Policy, because Lucid Fusion does not have access or control over these cookies in the hands of such providers. Service providers frequently use session ID cookies to collect data in order to enable Lucid Fusion to provide a better user experience.

Web Beacons
. Web beacons, which are also known as gifs, are electronic images that may be used on the Sites or in our emails. Lucid Fusion and its third party partners use Web beacons to improve content management, as well as campaign and program effectiveness, collect information, deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage, and in emails to tell if an email has been opened and acted upon.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. 
Lucid Fusion may use your personal information (either individually or anonymously in the aggregate with other information) to manage and improve the services it provides to users, to operate and improve the Sites, to send messages to you, and for the other purposes referred to in this Policy or disclosed to you on the Sites. Lucid Fusion uses the information that it collects for, among other things: account registration; personalizing and enhancing user experience on the Sites; responding to user comments and questions; delivering service messages and other content, including confirmations, promotional information, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts and administrative support, 
and product offerings by Lucid Fusion and its associates; and analyzing the performance of promotions. 

Lucid Fusion may store and process personal information in the United States and other countries.

SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. 
Lucid Fusion may share information obtained from you with certain third parties who are working on behalf of Lucid Fusion and need access to such information to fulfill their related responsibilities, including clients, credit card processing companies in appropriate circumstances to bill you for charged services, an email service provider to send out emails on our behalf, a company to arrange and manage online and physical meetings, and employment agencies to recruit applicants and process job applications. Lucid Fusion may also use your personal information (a) to comply with laws or respond to lawful requests and legal process, (b) to protect the rights and property of Lucid Fusion, its agents and others in conjunction with the enforcement of agreements, policies, and terms of use, (c) in the good faith belief that disclosure is needed to respond to an emergency or protect the personal safety of any person, and (d) where appropriate in connection with a corporate transaction affecting Lucid Fusion. In any such event, Lucid Fusion will provide you with notice if your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy. Lucid Fusion will not share your personal information with third parties other than as described in this Policy.

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. 
Because Lucid Fusion understands the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information, Lucid Fusion takes security measures that it believes are reasonable to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. When you enter sensitive data (such as credit card number) on our registration or order forms, Lucid Fusion encrypts that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

 However, despite Lucid Fusion’s efforts, no security measures are impenetrable. 

If you use a password on this Site, you are responsible for keeping it confidential. If you believe your password has been misused, please advise Lucid Fusion immediately.

CHOICES ABOUT USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
. You may “opt-out” of receiving promotional emails from Lucid Fusion by following the instructions in those emails. You may also send requests relating to promotional messages and your permission for sharing information with third parties by emailing privacy@lucidfusion.com. Opt-out requests will not apply to transactional service messages, including messages about your current Lucid Fusion account and services.

UPDATING, ACCESSING AND DELETING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. 
If your personal information changes, Lucid Fusion suggests that you to correct or update that information as soon as possible. You can also request changes or access to, or deletion from Lucid Fusion’s records of, your personal information by sending an email to privacy@ lucidfusion.com. Unless you notify Lucid Fusion to delete your personal information, Lucid Fusion will retain such information so long as Lucid Fusion believes that it is needed to provide you with services, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, or to enforce Lucid Fusion’s agreements.

 Subject to the foregoing retentions, Lucid Fusion will delete your personal information within 30 days after receipt of your notice.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES. The Sites may include links to other websites, whose privacy practices may be different from Lucid Fusion’s. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies which we encourage you to read carefully read.

FORWARD TO A FRIEND. If the Sites contain a referral service on which you want to rely to forward content to another person, you will be asked for the name and email address of that person. Lucid Fusion will retain and use that information only for the purpose of sending an email in accordance with your forwarding request and will not make such information available to anyone else. If you wish to request that your personal information no longer be used to receive these emails you may opt out of receiving these emails by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.



TESTIMONIALS. 
Lucid Fusion may post customer testimonials, containing personally identifiable information, on the Sites without first obtaining your consent. If you wish to request that your posted testimonial be removed from the Sites you may do so by emailing Lucid Fusion at privacy@lucidfusion.com

PUBLIC FORUMS. If the Sites offer publicly accessible blogs or community forums, any information that you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. To request removal of your personal information from our blog or community forum, contact Lucid Fusion at privacy@lucidfusion.com. If, as is sometimes the case, Lucid Fusion is unable to remove your personal information, Lucid Fusion will try to communicate that fact to you.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY. 
Lucid Fusion may change this Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Policy, Lucid Fusion will change the revision date shown in this Policy. If there are material changes to this policy and you have an account with Lucid Fusion, Lucid Fusion will notify you of such fact by email (at the address specified in your account). Lucid Fusion encourages you to review this Policy whenever you visit this Site or use one of the resident applications.
