Prudential Realty wanted to expand their presence in Mexican realty, so they asked LF to create a brochure to survey Southern Californian real estate agents about their clients’ interest in purchasing property in Mexico. We designed something that would be reminiscent of the beauty and lifestyle of Mexico to engage the agents and make them want to look at the survey more closely.
